Annotation The article deals with a theoretical model of teachers’ training in rural schools to plan a pupil’s individual educational program within advanced training courses. Theoretical foundations and features of the model are defined as personality-individual. The model is developed to synthesize purpose, content, and variety of activities, relation and interaction of persons involved in the teaching process, necessary conditions to develop professional subjectivity of a teacher.
