Annotation	This article addresses causes of first-year female students’ mental health infringement and their adaptation mechanisms to training in high school. It is shown that computer training method of breathing by a diaphragm taking into account a respiratory arrhythmia of heart by means of biological feedback is one of the effective ways of students’ psycho emotional state correction for providing safe educational environment at high school.
