| Annotation | Study of the historical experience of customs-trade relations regulation by the state is nowadays one of the most interesting research objects. It is caused by necessity of the further mechanisms of development of customstrade relations regulation according to the historical, geographical and political features that is especially important in the conditions of development of modern approaches to strengthening statehood and perfection of customs state-legal construction principles. The article focuses on customs-tariff regulation features generated in conditions of development of trade relations with China. The characteristic of legislative regulation of customs-trade relations in the east of Russia in the second half of the 18th – the beginning of 19th centuries with liable to a duty detailed elaboration. The author analyzes in details a legal documents complex allowing to generate detailed representation about customs-tariff regulation specific features. The author states that the customs-tariff regulation system used in Transbaikal territory has influenced customs offices activity that was firstly connected with customs registration goods procedures. Thus, the research of the case based on the documents introduced into scientific circulation and the materials will help to reveal separate organization features and customs bodies activity, to get historical experience. |
