Annotation The paper briefly considers the theory of education management in terms of cybernetic principles of regulation, reviews the types of information processes, shows the importance of monitoring learning outcomes, and on this basis analyzes the possibility of using computer technologies in teaching. It presents the stages of the author’s use of computers in teaching electro-radio engineering, electronics and circuit design. An educational and methodical complex was set up for the efficiency of the system. It consists of tutorials for various purposes, an electronic library for students, laboratory practicum of bench and emulation work, software “Class Register” The proposed system encourages students to systematically replenish their knowledge, eliminates the possibility of cheating, and significantly reduces the problem of incompatibility between the subjects of the psychological learning process.
