Annotation	The given article is devoted to the research of the formation of the materials arising during this or that political movement activity: programs, charters, periodicals, propaganda materials, etc. The documents of political parties of the post- Soviet Buryatia are new and unique information and propaganda documents. This is associated with the formation of the political parties in Russia. The formation of political parties has its own specific features and differs significantly from the formation of political parties in Western Europe and North America.
