| Annotation | The article analyzes the concept of environmental ethics. ������������������������Environmental ethics involves the natural world into the sphere of human ethics, which was formerly regarded as having no value characteristics, and considers human values in a broad ecosystem context. The main task of environmental ethics is to help completely realize human values. But the fulfillment of this task is impossible without taking into account the natural determination of human development. Environmental ethics outlines the range of values within which a human being can act, thereby limiting the area of freedom and the risk of human actions referring to nature. Environmental ethics which is based on ecology as science, formulates a categorical imperative of environmental behavior that prohibits unhuman, unecological attitude to nature. There are three philosophical and ontological sources of environmental ethics: naturalism, pantheism and personalism. |
