Annotation	The article underlines the role of modern education in personal development and aim achievement to make Russia one of the leading world powers of XXI century on the basis of all-round enhancement. The definition “innovation in education” is described here and some of innovative criteria are marked out. The approaches in theory and practice of forming innovatively intellectual personality are given. Moreover, the Federal State Educational Standard of higher and general education is analyzed and some concrete innovations aimed at forming and training a new Russian generation are marked out. The author formulates marks in educating intellectual personality creating the innovational product.
