Annotation In the article psychological-pedagogical bases of tolerant interaction in the space of Polyethnic School are revealed. The understanding of the essence of tolerance, its psychological components are given. Aspects necessary for the teacher’s activity and communicative manifestations of his/her tolerant behavior are defined. Personal qualities of teachers encouraging formation of readiness to work in new conditions of Polyethnic School are marked.
