Annotation	There have always been social conflicts between the rich and the poor. The essence of these conflicts is connected with social tension which grows into conflicts and social revolutions. The article studies opinions of different philosophers on the problem of social conflicts between the rich and the poor. It also describes consequences of these conflicts and the ways of their solving.
