Annotation The law made high demands on applicants for the posts of members of judicial chambers and officials of directorate of Public Prosecutions. Often these people having worked for a short time in accordance with the personnel policy of autocracy were transferred to other appellate courts, district courts and to the Ruling Senate. Thus, the stuffs of these bodies were replenished with skilled personnel, but the work of Chambers became complicated.
