Annotation	The article discusses the structure and semantics of locative constructions in prosaic texts. Locative constructions represented in the texts under study are of two structural types – elementary simple and polypredicative structures. It should be noted that such constructions in many cases function within polypredicative constructions with non-spatial meaning. At the same time the formation of locative constructions is possible due to spatial cases as well as postpositions and adverbs.
