Annotation	The article deals with a linguistic problem of “loans” in modern German. The author reveals the essence, reasons, forms and kinds, functions and the importance of “loans” in the united system of modern German, as well as the value and the role of “loans” and foreign vocabulary in the century of rapidly developing international links and contacts in modern conditions. In the article “loans” are presented as the universal linguistic phenomenon. An important place is also given to the phonetic difference of “loans” from the system of recipient, which is undoubtedly valuable for the article.
