Annotation	The paper addresses the process of training professionals in tourism industry for innovative activity according to “Innovations in Tourism Sector” academic subject belonging to the elective component of the professional subjects unit. One of the important directions of training for the innovative activity is to form personality qualities of the future professional. The practical training session “Technology of Innovative Projecting” presents ways to develop these qualities.
