Annotation	The article reveals hierarchical principle of social-psychological regulation of scientific activity. The category of a collective subject of scientific activity is presented as the basic category of the analysis. Features of scientific activity regulation are represented at social, scientific community, and the scientific researcher’s micro society levels. Social and methodological sets, protective layer and the core of the research program, scientific categories are defined as regulators.
