Annotation	Functioning of the system of values and meanings as an open one is rather complicated by nature. These methods enable us to learn structural interconnections of juvenile values and meanings of the system as an open one and give us the opportunity to compare it with the one of ordinary adolescents. Structures, relation between structural components provide special functioning and properties of these values and meanings. In this aspect social conditions of these penal institutions which affect values and meanings of adolescents serving sentence are of great interest
