Annotation | In this paper, a systematic approach is used considering the process of historical development as the process of formation of the system “man and nature”, the interaction of which is mediated by the system “public consciousness and public practice”. Such a systematic review determines the methodology according to which the state and its development are considered as an element of social practice in the context of the process of historical development with an analysis of the development of the individual in the system of society, public consciousness and public practice. The main tendency of the historical development process revealed is gradual overcoming of contradictions and rapprochement of elements of these systems with achievement of dialectical unity at the stage of completion of formation of the system “man and nature”. This stage is connected with overcoming of contradictions: in public consciousness ‒ between personal and public interests, in public practice – between the objectivity of the state and the subjectivism of individualism, overcoming of which is shifted to the sphere of upbringing and education, which should become the main function of the state. |
