Annotation The article deals with the problems of intersexual interaction, which is based not only on the depolarization of the roles of men and women in contemporary culture, but also on their objective social and cultural differences. The object of the research is the gender communication process. The subject of the study is the systematization of the fundamental conditions of sex differences that cause distinctions in communication. The study is based on the philosophical and anthropological doctrine which considers the sexual differentiation as a fundamental principle for the organization of all living organisms. The article describes significant manifestations of communication strategies between the sexes. The article emphasizes the nature of intra-group interaction in homosocial groups and contacts between the communication entities on such grounds as impulsivity and autonomy based on gender. Of particular importance is the moral dimension of the quality of intersexual communication, expressed in a specific men’s representation of honor and dignity when it comes to women. The article identifies the causes of sexual reactions in group communication, adherence to moral norms and gender-role socialization. The author analyzes the communication processes, which are based on the sexes differences and concludes that human cognition, self-knowledge and communication are based on through sexual characteristics. The properties of each gender determine the interaction and search for the compatibility of their characteristics. Managerial and educational processes are successful only if they consider both men’s and women’s peculiarities and harmonize the social and psychological collective health.
