Annotation	This article discusses the contemporary socio-cultural situation determines the appearance of a number of new documents in which public policy is formulated, the basic value of the individual, the family and the state. Beginning of the 21st century is regarded by many scientists as the period of the crisis of modern childhood, family crisis, reboot relations schools and families, parents and children, and, consequently, building relationships between the school and the family with the new trends. These new trends are determined by a set of methodological positions, a new interpretation of the cultural situation in the world and in Russia. The main driving force behind globalization is the modern world, which applies to all aspects of human life (politics, economy, culture and communication). Today there is a complex transformation of social and cultural spaces, which a few decades ago were immutable. Sociology and psychology of family and childhood fix such things as inter-generational gap, the conflict between fathers and sons, reconfiguration of the family, the emergence of new gender roles, new identities, and even there are new community through networking in the Internet. Many scientists in the world have recorded the beginning of change in the family back in the 60s of the last century. Gradually began to change in Russia, it was associated primarily with the civilization changes – the transition to a new era of post-industrial development; socio-cultural changes were then determined by the socio-political changes in our country. To the greatest extent it affected the family, but as the mainstay of any state is the family, it is necessary to study the changes in the family, helping the family, help to ensure that the identification of the individual in society most effectively carried out in a pedagogically complete family.
