Annotation The author presents the objectives, content and specificity of humanitarian expertise. The open learning environment is a condition for the formation of human resources. The paper defines the mechanisms of forming an open educational environment. The educational environment of the university is a factor in the reproduction of the spiritual life of society, the provision of national security and sustainable development of the state and the implementation of the individual potential of the subjects of the educational process. The specificity of humanitarian expertise lies in supporting the subjects of the educational process. The paper emphasizes the design of activities in accordance with the ideas about the true nature of human beings in real situations, describes the role of the psychosemantic approach to understanding the essential characteristics of humanitarian expertise and reveals the meaning of interdisciplinary discourse in the examination of the educational environment. The analysis of the trends and patterns of the educational environment reveals the horizons for the development of humanitarian expertise.
