Annotation	Analyzing the archival documents the author points out the main direction of the state and local authorities’ activities and their role in changing the status of the native minorities in the North-East of the Soviet Union in 1930-1953. The article also reveals the composition of the documents found in the “Dalstroy” administrative and civil department of the state archives in Magadan, their informative value and classification.
