Annotation In modern conditions, one of the factors for the implementation of socio-economic development programs is the professionalism of the participants in this process. All this actualizes the problem of reproduction of personnel potential in accordance with the requirements and regulations of modern society at all levels of government. The professionalism of personnel is the basis of the functioning of the entire organization, one of whose tasks in this connection is training, development, training, and professional development of specialists. Professionalism has ceased to suggest a narrowly specialized concept; it is understood as a complex, multidimensional phenomenon, suggesting an increase in the social activity of an individual and an increase in the degree of his responsibility, both for his own destiny and for increasing the efficiency of social and economic processes in society. The conditions for professional information management are possession of methods of persuading a target audience, preparation of information for its successful perception in this audience; the ability to correctly identify not only verbal but also non-verbal answers; understanding the differences between interpersonal and group communication; knowledge of the choice of targeted communication methods. One of the significant factors of professionalism is a measure of раз- possession of modern content and information management tools, which is especially important for professions related to the process of influencing the livelihoods of the population, in particular for municipal employees. The result is effective transformations, both in the municipality and in the person himself, his knowledge, motives, and abilities.
